Refreshing coco-berry bowls

Spring has sprung, and as the weather starts to warm, there’s nothing better than a refreshing #InstaWorthy smoothie bowl. And we have recently stumbled across a doozy, courtesy of Amazonia and Healthy Luxe

This delicious vegetarian coco-berry bowl is made from just five ingredients and will transport you to a tropical island whenever you choose to enjoy it – first thing at breakfast or as a high-carb pre- or post-workout snack. It’s also packed full of fibre and tastes even better if you add a scoop of your favourite protein powder (hint: chocolate works well).
